Customer evidence

Customer evidence, published only after verification.

This library is intentionally empty until customer source material and written publication permission pass review.

WebSail does not publish plausible-looking customer names, testimonials, rankings, or performance figures. A story is released only when the customer approves the attribution and the supporting evidence can be described without exposing private information.

Each approved story uses the same evidence fields while preserving the details that make it credible: the original challenge, work completed, timeline, outcome definitions, measurement window, source notes, testimonial attribution, and public website or profile links where permission exists.

Publication checklist

What every future case study must contain

Challenge and baseline

A dated starting point and a clear definition of the problem, with no inferred ranking or revenue claims.

Work and timeline

The work WebSail completed, when it happened, and which changes belong inside the measurement window.

Measured outcomes

Before-and-after values or an explicitly qualitative outcome, with the source and calculation described.

Customer permission

Written approval for the business name, testimonial, screenshots, website, and public-profile references actually shown.

Evidence links

Public links or redacted source notes that let a reader understand what supports the story without exposing private data.

Limitations

Factors that prevent the story from proving causation or guaranteeing that another business will see the same result.

No customer story is currently approved for public release. This page remains out of search indexes until at least one complete, permitted story is added.
